The Commercial Gas Ranges model 4601DD-7R by Southbend. Ultimate Restaurant Range, NG gas, 60, (4) non-clog burners, (4) pyromax burners right, standard grates, standing pilot, (2) standard ovens with battery spark ignition, includes (1) rack per oven, 22-1/2 flue riser with shelf, stainless steel front, sides, shelf & 6 adjustable legs, 382,000 BTU, CSA, NSF ( Southbend - 4601DD-7R ) - Part of Southbend's Ultimate Restaurant Range series, the 4601DD-7R NG 60-inch range provides a total of eight cooktop burners. Four of those are heavy-duty 33,000 BTU one-piece burners. The other four are high-powered, three-piece Pyromax burners that generate 40,000 BTU each on their highest setting. Forming the base underneath those burners are two standard ovens which each accommodate full-size sheet pans inserted front-to-back or side-to-side. For safety, a manual gas cutoff valve is located with the rest of the range controls to allow operators to quickly shut off the gas supply to all burners and pilots. Product Details. Cooktop height is at an ergonomic 37-in. high for worker comfort. 4-in. stainless steel front rail is standard. 4 non-clog 33,000 BTU burners. 4 high-powered 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners, each protected by a built-in drip ring. Top burners are lit with a standing pilot light. Removable burner drip trays capture grease and debris, making the range top easy to keep clean and sanitary. 221/2-in. flue riser is included to facilitate proper range installation. Heavy-duty flue riser shelf can hold supplies and cookware. Gas pressure regulator is installed at factory to ensure optimal performance and safety. Manual gas shutoff valve is located on the front of the range alongside burner controls for convenience and safety. 6-in. stainless steel adjustable legs provide level equipment installation.
