Users can open and close the drawers' sliding vents to control moisture levels, while the cabinet's top and sides are insulated to minimize temperature fluctuations and save energy. While each drawer accommodates a full-size pan, they can also support third- and half-size pans.As the largest unit in the VWS series, the Vulcan VW3S warming drawer measures 271/2 inches wide by 231/2 inches deep by 333/4 inches high.
