Each burner is controlled individually with separate pilot lights and control knobs. A crumb tray underneath the unit catches debris, and users can remove it for cleaning. This range's backriser directs heat and grease-laden vapors to the ventilation system. A high shelf is integrated into the riser to hold small cooking equipment.The standard oven in the base of this Black Diamond BDGR-36 six-burner range is heated by a burner in the bottom of the cavity. Unlike convection ovens, it doesn't circulate heat with a fan, so it cooks food slower. Operators can adjust the oven temperature from 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and the interior has a nonstick porcelain liner.
