Made in a Fair Trade Certified(TM) factory, supporting fair and safe labor practices and empowering workers to invest in their communities. Top and bottom beds require a twin-sized mattress (sold separately) for each one. A bunk mattress (sold separately) must be used on the upper bunk. Complete your bed. Shop our favorite mattresses. Care & Safety Do not use box spring on either bunk. Maximum mattress height on both beds: 7.5". Recommended maximum weight top bed: 250 lbs. Recommended maximum weight bottom bed: 250 lbs. All Pottery barn kids juvenile products are tested at 3rd party CPSC accredited labs to meet or exceed all industry voluntarily and regulatory safety requirements. The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends that top bunks not be used for children under 6 years of age. To protect the finish, do not apply abrasives or household cleaners.
