We love to put them straight into a ziplock bag from the vine, and then right into the freezer for smoothies and pies all winter--if you do not spray them with chemicals (and we do not, at our nursery), is no need to even wash them first! These plants coming to you will look like a stick, but they are ready to go right into the ground to start their life in your garden. And, if you shop around a bit, you will realize that this is better than a lot of wholesale dealers out . A real bargain to get your berries going! Also, be forewarned, plant these plants with room to grow! They love to multiply. These will all be at least 2 year old canes.
