Description
Sky Pencil Holly is an upright growing evergreen shrub that can reach up to 8 feet tall. It has inconspicuous flowers and dark green leaves with purple berries in the Fall. It does extremely well when planted in tight places as a vertical accent or privacy screen. When planting this Holly, dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil, then leave the top of the root ball 1/2 inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil. Use a slow-release granular fertilizer in Spring.
