Quality - All Phlox seeds packaged by Seed Needs are intended for the current and the following growing seasons. All seeds are stored in a temperature controlled facility that is free of significant amounts of moisture. Quantity - Seed Needs offers generous quantities. You can share with friends and family, or you can save the extra seeds until the following season, if properly stored. Packets - Each seed packet displays an artful illustration of the variety to be grown, as well as detailed seed sowing information on the reverse side. They measure 3.25" wide by 4.50" tall. Promise - Seed Needs will never knowingly supply GMO based seed products. The vast majority of our seeds are open pollinated & heirloom, with the exception of a few hybrids. Germination - Seed Needs packets contain some of the freshest seed available. Direct from the growers. If sown correctly, you will begin seeing results in only a matter of days. Freshness - All seeds are packaged in tear resistant and moisture resistant packaging. This keeps the seeds a whole lot fresher than the competitions selection! Grow the Annual Phlox Mixture, from freshly harvested Phlox drummondii flower seeds. This colorful blend of Phlox seed will produce will produce 1 inch flowers in shades of red, pink, purple, and white. Some of the pink and purple blooms are accented with secondary, star shaped centers. The plants will reach a mature height of roughly 8 to 20 inches tall, flowering through the warm months of summer. Annual Phlox Mixture will attract an array of beneficial insects to the garden, such as bumblebees, butterflies, honeybees & hummingbirds. Their shorter growth habit makes them an excellent selection for flower beds, raised beds and pots or containers as well. Categorized as an annual flowering plant, Annual Phlox Mixture will grow quickly from freshly harvested wildflower seeds. The plants bloom through the summer months, up until late fall, later wilting with the first killing frost. The seeds of these beautiful flowers can drop to the bare ground beneath at the end of the Autumn season, regrowing fresh, new plant life the following Spring. You can also collect the seeds from the flower heads, after all blooms have dried and wilted.
