The Mr. Heater Portable Buddy Heater adds warmth to your garage, barn, ice shack and more. It's quiet, odor-free and heats up to 200 sq. ft. The Buddy connects directly to 1-lb. cylinders of propane via a convenient swivel regulator. The fold-down handle gives you the maximum heat output, while keeping a minimal footprint. Lighting the unit is quick and easy by pushing the down the start knob while on pilot. No more numb hands or chattering teeth! Safe heat…for years to come. Small and compact, the Mr. Heater Buddy is packed with features to keep you safe and secure, while keeping yourself warm. The Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) automatically shuts down the Heater when there's not enough oxygen surrounding it. This will prevent the unit from continuously using the oxygen in your shack, and leaves it for you. The accidental tip-over safety shut-off turns the unit off if it's tipped over by more than approximately 45º. This prevents it from igniting your shack, grass, or papers on fire.
