Two PVC-coated shelves in the cabinet base provide additional storage space. The full-length, 0.4-inch-thick cutting board on top is ideal for prepping sandwich and salad ingredients.The MoTak MST-48 prep table can be set to maintain temperatures from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and uses R290 refrigerant to achieve and hold those. The table's solid-state thermostat control offers user-friendly programming, has self-diagnostics, and includes a digital thermostat readout. The unit comes on factory-mounted casters that enable staff to reposition the unit for workflow changes or just cleaning, and two of the casters have brakes to secure the unit in place.
