This package includes everything you need to get started: two 1100 series ovens with FastBake technology, two take-off shelves that give product a convenient place to rest when it comes out of the ovens, and a high stand that securely supports the unit with casters that make cleaning below and around the machine a breeze. Since this double stacked oven has a ventless design, it can be more easily installed than units that require venting and it reduces the overall installation costs. Plus, you can install this oven in areas where a vented unit wouldn't be practical, like display cooking areas and kiosks. This double conveyor oven operates on intuitive, easyTouch digital controls with a single on/off power switch for each oven. The digital control panels show the set temperatures as well as the conveyor belt speeds, thermostat indicator lights, and diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting! With a temperature range of 250-575 degrees Fahrenheit and adjustable cooking times from 1-30 minutes, you can cook pizzas, lightly toast sandwiches, and everything in between on the spacious 18" wide belts. A 3" opening size accommodates a variety of products. Plus, the FastBake technology lets you decrease cook times by up to 35% with no additional operating noise or loss of food quality so you can serve customers faster.
