Baklava is a rich and sweet staple Greek pastry made with a fine flaky fyllo (filo) dough, walnuts, cinnamon, butter and honey syrup. This baklava is in a small rounded shape covered with delicious crispy chocolate. Everything tastes better with chocolate! Yum! Our baklava is made at our small family bakery with a traditional Greek recipe created by my stepfather whom I consider a master chef. It's rich and syrupy full of walnuts and packed with flavor. I love mine with a nice cup of Greek coffee and a tall glass of water. Because of its size and the rolled method it is made, this piece's official name is "saragli" but in essence it's the same as baklava. This baklava is packaged tightly in a water resistant sealed containers to keep all the goodness in. No preservatives added. Baklava stays fresh for a long time on its own. Those with allergies please note that it is not made in a nut free environment. Ships USPS priority mail within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that we do not refrigerate our pastries and chocolate is susceptible to the weather during shipping.
