Safe: The sleek glass ceramic cooking top is safe to touch because it uses magnetic technology that transfers power directly to the metal cooking vessel. There is also an automatic overheating protection. Convenient: The digital sensor touch controls make it easy to adjust one of the 12 temperatures and the 12 power levels just by touch (150deg.F to 450deg.F). Timer, power levels, and temperature can be individually set. Cookware Requirement: The individual cooker only can work with pots made with magnetic material.
