This system brews 3.8 gallons of coffee per hour, which is equivalent to (61) 8-ounce cups per hour, suiting high-traffic hotels and buffets. Front panel switches enable operators start the brewing process quickly and turn the unit off when needed. For tea or hot chocolate, operators can dispense hot water from the faucet at the front of the unit. The faucet's SplashGuard® funnel deflects hot liquids away from the hand, reducing the risk of burns.Because the BUNN CWTF15-APS airpot coffee brewer (23001.0006) requires an active plumbing connection, this brewer is best suited to stationary self-service or back-of-house stations.
