It accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch pans on adjustable chrome-plated racks, and operators can adjust its temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using solid-state infinite controls. To prevent heat from escaping the cabinet, this unit is insulated with solid mineral fiber in its back, bottom, sides, and top.To ease loading and unloading in fast-paced kitchens, the Blodgett ZEPH-200-G SGL full-size convection oven's dependent doors can be opened with one hand. The doors are made of dual-pane thermal glass encased in stainless steel frames for strength. On the interior, the oven is fitted with lights to improve visibility as users monitor cooking products.
