Simply plant them in your garden or in an outdoor planter and watch them grow! The Jewel Blueberry Bush self-pollinates - however, it tends to be most productive when its planted near a similar variety. Another perk? Apply one tablespoon of fertilizer made for azaleas such as 10-5-4, 10-8-8 or 11-7-7 in a 12-inch circle around the base of the shrub. Water thoroughly after fertilizing. 4.
