Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Tall Fescue Mix is durable to resist harsh conditions. This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Tall Fescue Mix is designed for full sun and partial shade, and has medium to high drought resistance with high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 75°F or air temperatures are between 65°F and 85°F. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall. One 5.6 lb. bag of Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Tall Fescue Mix has a new lawn coverage of 465 sq. ft. and an overseeding coverage of 1,400 sq. ft.
