How easy is this to install? A Solar LightBlaster tubular skylight is a very simple install. It comes with a template to help you cut the circular hole in your shipping container's roof. It comes in three parts and they just fit together unbelievably easy. What size shipping container does it fit on? You need to measure the flat portion of your container roof's ribs. This product fits ribs that measure 6.5" on the flat portion with about a three-fourths of an inch lift. We also offer our original Solar LightBlaster for Conex Shipping Containers for 3.5" ribbed shipping containers.
