Musk says Tesla shareholders have backed his $56 billion pay package
Proxy advisory firms Glass Lewis and Institutional Shareholder Services previously urged shareholders to reject Musk’s pay package, which is set to give him around $56 billion in shares in Tesla, substantially boosting his stake in the electric-vehicle maker from from 12.89% to 22.4%.
