Johnson & Johnson, 42 attorneys general reach $700M settlement in talc baby powder investigation
A multi-million dollar settlement was approved and filed in court on Tuesday, stating that Johnson & Johnson will pay $700,000,000 to settle a massive talc baby powder investigation. The settlement came about after more than 40 state attorneys general sued the company for misleading customers about the safety of its products.
