Curtis Campher has ran a leg bye off the penultimate ball for Ireland to stun Pakistan by five wickets in a Twenty20 in Dublin.

England all-rounder Nat Sciver-Brunt will miss the first T20 international against Pakistan after undergoing a "minor medical procedure".

Pakistan faced an upset in their first T20I of the series against Ireland, as the hosts registered a five-wicket win in Dublin.

Ireland secured their first-ever T20I victory against Pakistan in a thrilling match at Clontarf Cricket Club Ground in Dublin. Andrew Balbirnie, along with Harry Tector and Curtis Campher, led Ireland to a five-wicket victory with just one ball to spare.

As the chase intensified, George Dockrell (24 off 12) and Curtis Campher (15* off 7) played crucial cameos, providing the much-needed impetus in the death overs.

Victory gave Ireland a 1-0 lead in a three-match series against a Pakistan side they will also face in the group stage of next month's T20 World Cup in the United States and the West Indies. It was just Ireland's second win against Pakistan following their shock triumph at the 2007 50-over World Cup.

Ireland beat Pakistan by five wickets in the first T20I of the ongoing three-match series on Friday (May 10). In the match played at Clontarf Cricket Club Ground in Dublin, the hosts chased down the target of 183 runs in 19.
