Attorneys for embattled musician and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs are asking a New York court to throw out portions of a civil suit accusing the rapper and mogul of sexual assault and revenge porn.

The lawsuit was filed by Joi Dickerson-Deal, accusing Combs of raping her after reportedly drugging her while they were out on a date in Harlem when she was 19 and still in college. According to court documents, Combs se--ally attacked Dickerson-Deal and secretly videoed the attack before circulating the tape to associates in the music business.
