The actress is demanding she be allowed to depose several of Channing's friends and business partners over his finances.

Channing Tatum has denied his ex-wife Jenna Dewan's allegations he is hiding assets from the 'Magic Mike' franchise amid their financial settlement in documents obtained by PEOPLE, as Dewan's representative said the actress is hoping for an 'honest conclusion' to their ongoing legal battle.

On May 2, Tatum's response to his ex, Jenna Dewan's, Request For Order was filed, in which he opposed her asking to bifurcate trial in regard to "the characterization and division of the Magic Mike intellectual property," court documents obtained by ET state.

The actress says she is not the one holding up the divorce and pointed the finger at Channing for any delays in the case.
