You may have seen recently that PGA Tour pro Bryson Dechambeau was using 3D printed irons from at the Masters. The clubs were made for him by a small club manufacturer, Avoda Golf. Ironically – or perhaps not – I had seen some prototype 3D printed irons from one of Dechambeau’s former club sponsor Cobra Golf earlier this year.

The new Cobra LIMIT3D irons will break new ground as the first commercially available clubs made completely through additive manufacturing, or what’s known as three-dimensional (3D) printing. In this case,
