The company has lobbied to reinstate the package awarded to Musk six years ago — now worth about $56 billion — after a Delaware judge voided it.

Investors — both large and small — will come together on June 13 for Tesla’s annual shareholder meeting, where anyone with stock in the company can vote on a series of ballot measures. Although many of the 3.1. billion shares — and votes attached to them — will likely be cast days, if not weeks, before that day.
