Swati Maliwal had alleged that there is a “character assassination” campaign, orchestrated by AAP and its volunteers, running against her, adding that the situation escalated after Dhruv Rathee posted a “one-sided video” against her.

In a post on his X handle, Dhruv Rathee rejected the "fake allegations" against him and asserted it was ironic that "perpetrators are pretending to be victims", in a sly dig at Swati Maliwal.

Reacting to APP MP Swati Maliwal's allegation that a "character assassination" campaign against her has "exacerbated" after a "YouTuber" posted a one-sided video against her, Dhruv Rathee in a post on Monday said that it was an attempt to silence him but "that is not going to happen.

In his video over the incident, Dhruv Rathee said Swati was seen hurling abuses at staff of Kejriwal's residence and in a CCTV footage, was seen walking totally fine.
