Morgan Wallen's plan for a shiny sign on his downtown Nashville bar is nixed over his arrest for chucking a chair off the rooftop of another country star's bar.

Metro Council voted down, by 30 to 3, a motion to pass a resolution authorizing TC Restaurant Group, the operators partnering with Morgan Wallen for his downtown honky-tonk, This Bar, to install signage for the bar over a Metro right-of-way.
